BrokerElations is the investor relations platform of CPR, Inc.,
an IR consulting firm founded by James Meadows and based in
Central Florida.
CPR, Inc. was built with one focus: helping micro-cap public
companies get the investor attention they deserve. We work
directly with company leadership to develop IR strategy,
build market visibility, and connect with the brokers and
investors who move the needle for small-cap stocks.
Who We Are
James Meadows is the founder and principal of CPR, Inc. James earned his Series 7 in 1987 and held four securities licenses over his career, including serving as president of a broker-dealer by 1995. After nearly two decades on the licensed side of the business, he moved to investor relations and financial communications full-time — working the micro-cap space from both sides: what these companies need, what brokers and investors actually want to see, and how to bridge that gap.
CPR, Inc. is not a large agency. We are not a cookie-cutter IR
firm pushing the same playbook for every client. We are a
focused, hands-on consulting operation that takes a limited
number of clients and works them hard.
